What do you think of my water diet routine?
To abide to the recommended 8 glasses a day, here is my water diet schedule:
2 glasses before a healthy breakfast
2 glasses before a small healthy lunch
2 glasses of water before a really light healthy dinner
2 or more glasses throughout the day....
.. and that's my water diet. all natural. no diet pills or teas. and of course, exercise.....30 mins walking/running....200 crunches.... and don't forget the kegels...

Well...drinking water THROUHGOUT the day aids digestion, 3 meals a day are not recommended anymore. 6 smaller meals every 3 hours is now recommended this keeps your metabolism up and burns more calories throughout the day. Take it easy there isnt really a specific time to drink water, BUT drinking water WITH your meal or immediately before is not recommended as it will interfere with your stomach acids and you wont digest your food properly.
Walking has got to be the easiset way to burn calories. I walk roughly 1 Km to work, its takes 13 to 14 minutes at a reasonable pace, but if I walk that same distance in only 10 minutes I am sweating and my heartrate is up, apparently I'm burning TWICE as much calories in the SAME distance. SAME distance LESS time and TWICE as many calories burned!!!!

Parable number one : you can't achieve weight loss by straightforward exercises. Yes, straightforward exercises only help you tighten your muscles and bolster them below the layer of fat, which gets built up anyhow. A way to achieve slimness? By doing regular exercise and eating a particularly good diet. So, the sole way for that seemly curve you desired is healthy dieting.
Diet well, eat less that is what I mean to say. Eat less, and you are better off. But never eat less like I ate when I was working in a town away from my home, staying in a hotel. I was eating so less that I'd nearly have died. My health was going down than building up.
So, what I say is you must eat HEALTHY, but less. And do sensible exercise about a half hour a day. You would like to lose your love handles anyhow, right, Pal? For losing your love handles, you've got to do the exercises including aerobics, and anaerobic exercises. Anaerobic exercises only help you to get tighter muscles. And with a healthy diet, you can lose your spare tire in time.
Belly flesh Your belly is up? How inelegant it's, you noticed? The way to lose the lot and get a great belly. How to get cuttings? I see you screaming Crunches. No, crunches will not help you to get a lower belly, but naturally you can get a tighter and stronger stomach. Parable Number 2 : Crunches will not flatten your belly. Yes, no crunch exercise would help you cut back your belly. I promise you. I have done that and have done 1,000,000 times without any bit of difference. But I do not counsel you to leave crunches.
But you'll never spot the firmness of your belly outside, it will continue to be that old fat belly. So, your target isn't just to make your muscles tighter, right? You also wish to show your slim trim belly to the globe.
The simplest way to do that? Only diet, folks, dieting will help you for that with consistent exercise as I pointed out earlier, and nothing else. Parable Number 3 : Telebrands weight reduction shows how much do they help?? I have observed some Telebrands shows, with products like Slim King, or Ab King Pro or something similar to that. And the people are hoarding to by these products. They order overnite at the shown toll free number and get the products shipped thru express delivery the following day. And they start sitting on it, for 3 mins daily. And without any results at all. I'm hoping they publicize what's truth. But they get a large amount of endorsements from the media entrepreneurs and famous fitness mavens, film stars and what not.
But it all is for nothing. A particularly tight con campaign you might call it. Something that's incorrect getting brilliant endorsements from many celebs. Do not buy them, I tell you, never. They're good-for-nothings. They'd never help you in losing your love handles or your fat belly. Parable Number 4 : Spot reduction?? Spot weight reduction?? What's that? I never heard about it. And it does not exist either. It takes dedicated exercise for months and months often about 1 or 2 years. You have seen Shah Rukh Khan in Om Shanti Om, you know how long he did dedicated exercise to get to that body? About half a year or so. And he was not that fat half a year gone. Still it took him half a year to get to his best shape ever. So, folk, spot reduction doesn't exist and if somebody reveals about it, please ignore it. It isn't extant.
