How to cause a wipeout when towing a tube?
We went tubing behind the boat a week ago and, of course, wipeouts were the funnest part. Unfortunately, some guys (including me) managed don't fall too long. We found after about 5 min tubing run becomes too bored not only for the spectrators but even for the tubers. I finally let go by myself, but imho getting thrown violently is more fun. Is someone know the driving tricks to make sure everybody on the tube will take a good tumble?
Answer:
Make small tight circles, the faster the better. Try to get them thrown to the outside of the wake, they'll try to get back in and they'll get flipped quickly. Tell them to move around if they can.
If you can, hook up 2 tubes at the same time, have tube battles, they're crazy, and somebody always falls out. It's a good way to get competitive and knock somebody into the water.
Good luck! Have fun! : ]

Shell and Tube Heat Exchanger Designs Custom Or Not?
Custom shell and tube heat exchangers design are devices that efficiently facilitate heat transfer from on for to the next, and vice versa. Products made by custom shell and tube heat exchangers design are used in air conditioning, refrigeration, gas processing machines, as well as huge power generating facilities.
Custom shell and tube heat exchangers design is a type of heat exchanger that is sought after due to its ability to withstand the demands of high stress applications. As a testament to this, it is even used by the oil industry for their plants.
Custom Shell and Tube Heat Exchangers Design Structure
A custom shell and tube heat exchangers design contains a variety of tubes set within a sizeable pressure compartment called a shell. The pipes on both ends are connected to sheets of tubes. A couple of fluids run through the length of the heat exchanger. One goes through the actual heat exchanger, the other run along the tubes which are located outside of the shell.
As both liquids travel along the system, the heat transfer process takes place starting from the fluid that has a higher temperature. Tube side fluid is the term for liquid that flows inside the tube, and shell side fluid is the term for liquid the flows inside the shell. As liquid runs through the length of the pipe walls, heat transfer happens.
Fluids running the outside part of the tube bundle is cooled or heated based on the temperature of the liquid within the bundle. If the liquid inside the bundle is heated, then the ones outside are cooled vise versa.
Other Designs By Custom Shell & Tube Heat Exchangers Manufacturers
U-Tube Heat Exchanger
This heat exchanger got its name obviously through its pipe bundle which is bent to for a U shape. The tubes in this design filters water through compartments or inlets called plenum inside the pipe sheets. Water filters into the inlet plenum, goes through the whole length of the U shaped tube and exits the heat exchanger by means of another plenum.
Straight-Tube Heat Exchanger
This one filters water through a straight tube. There are a couple of separate sheets of tubes that make up the end of this straight pipe. Just like a U tube design, a straight tube heat exchanger design also has a couple of plenum for entry and exit. But with the straight tube design, both plenums are found on the same side of the machine.
With this article, I hope to have explained to you how custom shell and tube heat exchangers design works.
