I was just on a site yesterday that sells nail clippers for these guys..but I just don't see it happening! LOL I.myself,went to a regular pet store and bought 2 items that seem to help keep them filed down,but that really doesn't stop them from hurting my arm.I bought a bird ladder,that has "cement" around each step.....when they climb it's suppose to keep them trimmed.BUT,they didn't
seem to use it much..you see how they dance around a cage..who needs a ladder?LOL What they really enjoy is the other thing I bought.I forget what it was called,but it is a cement covered bar,that came in a couple different lengths.At one end is a screw....it's for birds,and in a bird cage you would hang it horizontally so birds could land on it to trim their nails.But in my gliders cage,I hung it in the middle of the cage upside down.....the gliders will chase each other and jump on that thing,chasing each other around it,like 2 squirrels chasing one another around a tree.It's funny to watch them.The only other suggestion I have is when they are on your arm,make your arm horizontal instead of vertical.That way they won't have to hold on so tight .How are they doing?Did you get your 2nd one yet?
